went and saw the arthurs play at good records this afternoon. it was a fun little show & the band is ten times cuter on stage than what i was expecting. they didn't seem to fit into the "i'm as comfortable on stage as a pair of cotton panties" mold; which was super nice. anyhow, i love them & they're my new favorite band. so yay for that.
my boy & i went to liberty noodles afterwards to get our grub on. the food is good, the clientele leaves some to be desired.
since when did i become a critic?
so blah blah after we ate we came to his work & messed around on the computer for a while (which is where i'm typing this from) and then proceeded to have sex on his bean bag chair. it was so cute. skyscraper to the left of me, trashcan to the right. i don't really know what's happening with our relationship. i guess at first i was hesitant because things (yeah i hate that term too, but deal with it) were going fast and in an awkward direction. i guess part of that was because it was going so fast. i don't know if that's making sense, but cut me some slack, i just had some lovin & my brain is still foggy.
so, back on track, i have these feelings for him that i really didn't think i was capable of so soon after my heartbreak a half a year ago. but i'm just learning not to question myself so damn much & just roll with what life has to give me. it's too short to look at it any other way.
i look forward to going to bed because i get to rest my eyes & body next to someone who makes life a little more worth living.
