make a wish.
1) an 18 year old hit my car last night.
2) i got my new converse glasses & i look totally fucking cute in them.
3) my roommate & i went to garden ridge & we left a candle burning in the living room. her crackhead boyfriend was home so we really didn't think anything of it - big mistake. earlier in the evening i told my sister she could come over & do laundry if she needed to while i was out shopping. so she & her boyfriend (who is in from out of town) came over & lauren (my sister) introduced jeff & tom. tom was like, 'nice to meet you, i'm tom.' and jeff replied with 'hey scott, i'm jeff. nice to meet you.'

shortly thereafter, jeff is like, 'we could watch tv but i can't get it working.' so tom goes to the tv & is like, 'hey man, it's not plugged in.' and jeff is like, 'oh, thanks scott.' and laughs.

then a few minutes later, lauren let bella out of her crate to say hi to tom & jeff started walking back to the couch. jeff has MS so he's all clumsy & just plain stupid from 15 years of crack use. so he hits the coffee table with the candle on it & the candle wobbles a little bit. then bella pee'd on the floor & jeff threw a towel to lauren who had left the room to get a towel from my bathroom. the towel lands on the candle & flames burst out. lauren runs back into the living room & puts out the fire. we are now sans a towel & a candle. the thing is, this happened less than a week ago when there was a candle in melissa's bathroom & jeff threw his shirt on it as he was getting in the shower.
4) now i ask you this.. i have an apartment, i have animals here. and there is a stupid dumbass crackhead that could feasibly burn my apartment down. this is like living with a toddler. it's hilarious but at the same time, frightening.
