it's only rock & roll.
little river band kicked it in the park behind my apartment last night. they actually put on a really good show considering they were playing in a park on a hot evening.
my mom & i smuggled beer in big purple cups so we weren't forced to drink water that costs $3 or coke that costs $4. the first band that played was shit. i watched them from my patio & was grateful that i didn't have to leave my apartment to know they were crap. is it odd that my city had an australian band play the 4th of july festival? i mean, they played on the 3rd, so technically, it wasn't 4th of july. but the festical is a two day thing in celebration... but whatever floats their boats, i guess. i liked it.
i feel retarded right now, more so than usual. i need to clean up the apartment before the party people start showing up for the real fireworks & hoopla tonight.
